A management quality manual will be planned, developed and documented. Personnel will have access to magazines, technical reports and other publications that may provide ideas and information on how to improve quality and productivity in Mhlaba Industrial Solution Services. Selected personnel will also be given the opportunity to attend exhibitions, conferences and other events where improvement information may be gathered.
